I recently ordered regenere skin products. I had an allergic reaction and wanted to cancel my next orders. I called on day 13, which from my understanding was the time frame to not be charged for the full product. I called customer service and they told me I ordered on the 27 of February. My records indicated I ordered on the 2nd of March. They refunded 50 percent. I spoke with 3 different representatives, all of which were rude. I saw this ad on Facebook and Lori Greiner, along with \"Shark Tank\", were affiliated with this product. The terms and conditions of this advertisement are extremely misleading. I should have checked Scam Alert before ordering.
